Networking is a primary reason to attend conferences! The Opening Welcome Reception, tentatively scheduled for 2nd September 2026, will give you a chance to see the exhibit hall and network with new and current colleagues over some food and drinks!

Morning and afternoon refreshment breaks will be organised in the Exhibition hall. These breaks are meant to "re-charge" attendees and presenters by providing a more relaxed atmosphere to interact with one another. Many use this time to network, arrange evening plans with colleagues, and exchange contact information over coffee or tea.

Lunches will be organized in the Exhibition Hall on  all 3 days. This is a great opportunity to network with colleagues and friends along with a visit to the exhibition.

Gala dinner scheduled on 4th September will feature a rewards & recognition evening and captivating entertainment. This event provides a wonderful opportunity to connect with fellow attendees over a few drinks and light conversations.
