By proceeding with event registration, you acknowledge that all data provided will be stored on the event management system as well as AIPL / ASME systems. You agree to the following terms regarding the collection, processing, and use of your personal data in accordance with ASME’s Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

We collect and process your personal data including but not limited to your name, contact details, organization, job title, and payment details for the following purposes:

• Facilitating networking opportunities and interactions
• Processing payments and invoices, where applicable
• Complying with legal and regulatory requirements
